Learn how easy it is to make your favorite restaurant dishes at home with our exotic quick and easy feast:  Grilled or Broiled Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce, Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad, Velvet Coconut Curry with Chicken and Colorful Oriental Vegetables, Jasmine Scented Rice from Thailand, Ginger Ice Cream with Coconut Cookies and Frosty Beer and Wine. Savor these authentic and easy to master Roman specialties tonight for a memorable cucina romana dinner: Heavenly Garlic Soup with Parmigiano Croutons, Pasta Aglio e Olio with Semolina Pasta, Saltimbocca alla Romano (Pan Seared Chicken Scallopini with Prosciutto and Sage), Seasonal Vegetables Sauté, Amazing Amaretto Gelato and Flaming Amaretto.
