Learning how to select, sharpen and use knives can speed up your food preparation and give you that “master chef” feeling! Discover professional chef techniques we learned cooking in two Georgetown restaurants. We’ll practice proper techniques to slice, dice, mince, roll cut and julienne colorful vegetables and fruits.
